Humble yourself
"Humble yourselves therefore under the might hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time" 1 Pet 5:6. Jesus humbled Himself and God highly exalted Him and gave Him a name which is above every name" Phil 2:8, 9.

Think seriously
"For I say to every man that is among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think but to think soberly (seriously), according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith" Rom 12:3. "If a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself" Gal 6:3.

Solomons example
"And now, O Lord my God, thou hast made thy servant king instead of David my father; and I am but a little child: I know not how to go out or come in.1 Kings 3:7, 8. Did God ever exalt him! WE MUST let God do the exalting. He will in due time. He said so.

Clay vessels
"We have this treasure ( our ministry) in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God and not of us" 2 Cor 4:7. The truth is, we are just a hunk of dirt to be molded by God. We have nothing to boast of! "Be humble or be humbled." God does not humiliate us but He will humble us. "You do not act humble, just be humble and you will act humble." Remember, God "looks on the heart" 1 Sam 16:7.

God gets the glory
God uses the humble one so that He gets the glory. "My glory will I not give to another" Isa 42:8.

Father give us a humble heart so You can exalt and use us in Your good time. In Jesus name. And I love you, All Because of Calvary, ABC sumner
