Whose Your Hero?

1st Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first

Every one wants a hero. Some one we can look up to and admire. Some folks dress, talk, and even act like their hero.

I have a hero, he is my LORD and Savior. His name is Jesus. I want to be like my hero. This verse says, “the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,”. Question: If Jesus can shout, why should we hold back?

This line of thought is not to confuse, or, condemn any one, nor any group. The purpose is to point out our differences, our varied worship styles, and our common goal of praising our LORD.
This day we are living in, we Christians need to unite and be ready to defend our faith. The enemy is all around us. The battle is about to begin, and, we best make sure of which side we are on. The battle is not ours. Our LORD will fight the battle. We are just “cheer leaders”. BUT as cheer leaders, we should encourage, help, and rally others to our cause.

Yes Christian friends, its not God's will that any should perish but that all come to repentance.

Aren't you glad Jesus has room for one more?

God Bless;
