We Are All Sinners

It is important that we place ourselves in the same category as those we are witnessing. 

The Bible tells us clearly in Romans 3:10, “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” In Romans 3:23, the Bible says, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Dr. Sumner Wemp used to say that, “We are all in the same boat. We’ve all done wrong.” 

When sharing the Gospel we do not want to be pointing our finger at those we are witnessing to, condemning them. It is important, however, that we make this point – that all of us are sinners.
